    Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized pendants and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

    3. Ship your item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our support team.
  • REFUND PROCESS

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
    • Upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

    Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases where an item was received as a gift, a store credit will be issued.

  • EXCHANGE PROCESS

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will ship the replacement within 3 business days.
    • If the exchanged item has a price difference, we will provide instructions for additional payment or partial refund as needed.
